It is the editorial policy of Massasoit Community College that all official publications, produced either solely by the College or in partnership with other organizations, that are directed to the public be reviewed and approved by the Executive Director of College Communications prior to production and distribution. To request design or writing services contact any member of the communications team.
Effective communications with the media are critical to Massasoit Community College’s ability to carry out its mission. The President is the official spokesperson of the College. All media inquiries are directed to the Executive Director of College Communications, who serves as the spokesperson with the President. This insures that the news media receives the most accurate and up-to-date information regarding the College, its people, and its activities.
A new social media policy is currently under review. The Communications Department oversees all official Massasoit social media channels. Student Clubs must work with the Director of Student Life to develop a Massasoit related social media presence. College departments must contact the Director of Marketing for guidance and procedures.
It is our goal to maintain up-to-date, accurate content on the Massasoit website.
