This is a psycho-educational workshop called Mind Your Body, for students who are struggling with stress management during their academic career. In this workshop, we will be exploring various stress-reduction techniques. This workshop will focus on educating students, faculty, and staff about the importance of stress management and ways of coping.

This is a support group for students who are seeking peer support in a safe and confidential environment. Recovery from all forms of addiction, whether to alcohol, drugs, food, sex, or gambling, is possible for everyone.

Asunta DeRienzo, M.A. is a member of the American Counseling Association; she is a graduate of B.S. Psychology/Child Psychology, Bridgewater State College, 2008 and from M.A. Holistic Counseling, Salve Regina University, 2014, as well as having successfully completed graduate level courses in a M.A. Clinical Psychology program from Bridgewater State University 2010-2012. Asunta is an Academic Counselor in the Advisement & Counseling Center and an Adjunct Psychology Professor at Massasoit Community College.
