Mindfulness Every Day

Beginner Yoga & Meditation Workshop
New to yoga and meditation? In this introductory workshop, students will learn some basic yoga poses (asanas) and meditation skills. Students will learn modifications and be guided into poses that will slow down the body and mind and achieve movement, flexibility, and strength. Basic breathing and mindful techniques are introduced. Students will be taught and led through a slow and easy Vinyasa flow. At the end of each class, students will be guided through a meditation practice. The class is designed for adult students of any age and will provide individuals an opportunity to ask clarifying questions to help support and guide their home and daily practices.

Vinyasa Flow: Restore & Meditate
Grab your mat and join us for 10 weeks of yoga and meditation. Whether you are a beginner from our introductory workshop or an advanced Yogi, we invite you to come and deepen your practice. Each class will begin with a Vinyasa flow to achieve movement, strength, and core definition, then move into a deep level of relaxation of guided poses designed to slow down the body and mind. At the end of each class, students will be guided through a meditation practice where they will learn its benefits and sample different meditation techniques they can incorporate into their daily practice. The class is designed for adult students of any age and will provide individuals an opportunity to ask clarifying questions to help support and guide their home and daily practices.

Family Yoga
Welcome to Family Yoga, where families connect one pose and one breath at a time. Families are the union of beings that connect, love, and support one another and yoga is the union of mind, body, and soul. When families practice yoga together, each individual in that unit deepens self-love, self-understanding, and self-trust that in turn strengthens the unit not only physically but also energetically. This class will provide families with tools to decrease stress and anxiety, self-calm and self-regulate emotions, increase attention-span and focus, and cultivate a deeper understanding of themselves as individuals and as a family unit. Registration includes one parent and one child.
