This is a free 3-part series offered in partnership with Old Colony Elder Services and Bridgewater Savings Bank for anyone 55 and older. Gentle Yoga

This course will provide students 55+ with gentle stretching and breathing techniques. These series of poses (asana) can be done on a chair or on a mat. These poses stretch the muscles in the body while increasing flexibility in the joints. Yoga creates relaxation, pain relief and easing of depression and anxiety and improving the quality of life.
