  • Advanced Formulas in Excel 2007, 2010 & 2013
    • Go beyond the basic Excel formulas. Learn to create IF statements, the count function, absolute value, pivot tables, and using dates in your calculations.
  • Computer Bootcamp
    • This course is designed for someone new to computers or for someone who is timid using one. Instruction will start with the on/off switch and how to use a computer mouse, then progress to the Windows desktop screen, discussing and solving problems that can occur from there. The course is offered to help build confidence in general computer use in order to comfortably advance to additional computer topics. Students learn in a relaxed atmosphere with an instructor who explains subject matter in an easy-to-learn format. Students are also introduced to the Internet and World Wide Web. Certificate is given upon completion.
  • Excel for Project Managers
    • In this hands-on workshop you will learn to plan, execute, monitor and manage all aspects of Project with the most widely used tool at your workplace, MS Excel. You will go beyond the basic calculations and simple spreadsheet applications. Guided by an expert instructor you will explore Charts, Data and Formula functions of MS Excel to create Gantt charts, timeline, dashboards and other templates to help you in day to day decision making at all levels. At the end of this workshop, you will be perfectly capable of creating your own project management templates, designed and customized to your needs. Pre-requisite: Working knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Intermediate Access 2007, 2010 & 2013
    • This course will continue instruction in Access. Attendees will learn how to work with queries to refine and extract information from their database(s), create and modify forms and reports, find, sort, and filter records and database maintenance.
  • Intermediate Excel 2007, 2010 & 2013
    • This course is designed for users who are comfortable with the commands taught in the Intro. to Excel course. This session will give additional practice on functions and commands used in Excel.
  • Intermediate Powerpoint 2007, 2010 & 2013
    • This course focuses on applying and modifying templates, changing presentation colors, creating shapes, adding graphics, adding tables and charts, creating multimedia presentations, reviewing and sharing presentations, and customizing PowerPoint.
  • Intermediate Word 2007, 2010 & 2013
    • This course is designed for people who have mastered the basics of Word. This session will include: formatting bullets, tabs, and tables, importing and manipulating graphics, creating auto correct entries, advanced formatting of typing, and more.
  • Introduction to Access 2007, 2010 & 2013
    • This introductory course will show you what an electronic database program is capable of doing. Learn database terminology, how to design your own database, type and edit information, sort and extract specific data from this information through queries and create forms and reports. You will use Wizards, set primary keys, delete records, and fix formatting problems. Most importantly you will acquire knowledge of what a database program is and you can decide for yourself if Access is a piece of software your company could benefit from.
  • Introduction to Excel 2007, 2010 & 2013
    • A pleasant introduction to electronic spreadsheets. You will be introduced to the Excel environment to learn to type, edit and finalize a simple spreadsheet.
  • Introduction to PowerPoint 2007, 2010 & 2013
    • This course is specifically designed for a person who is typing a presentation using PowerPoint. Skills will be developed to create and modify a presentation, tips on formatting to make it look good, add note pages, print handouts for your audience, delete and add slides, change the order of your slides, run a slide show manually, and much more

    • QuickBooks is the #1 accounting software package used by small business. This powerful software not only automates tedious bookkeeping tasks, it provides the financial information needed to effectively manage a business. This course offers a hands-on approach to utilizing QuickBooks. Participants will leave with a solid foundation to help implement QuickBooks at their workplace.
  • Introduction to Word 2007, 2010 & 2013
    • This course is designed to teach the basics of word processing in a very relaxed atmosphere. Topics include creating a document, developing good editing techniques, formatting your document the way you want it to appear, spell check, lots of keyboard commands and shortcuts, avoiding common mistakes, adding special characters like copyright symbols, the always troubling how to save a document, recall a document to the screen for updating, printing and more.
  • Mastering Outlook 2007, 2010 & 2013
    • This course will focus on how Microsoft Outlook can help an organization plan, communicate, manage, and delegate more efficiently.
  • Microsoft Office Updates
    • This course focuses on the transitional issues to be dealt with when upgrading from Microsoft Office 2007-2013.

    • Learn pivot table fundamentals as well as creating and customizing, formatting and viewing data, calculations, and creating pivot charts.
  • QuickBooks Time Saving Techniques
    • Time is money! Come learn shortcuts in QuickBooks that will save you time and frustration!
  • Reports & Dashboards with Excel
    • Reports can be described as a document that contains data used for reading and viewing, and dashboards are visual interface that graphically communicates performance at a glance. In this class, participants will learn to create powerful reports and performance dashboards using MS Excel that will help decision makers and stakeholders get the insight they need to understand and solve issues quickly, efficiently, and effectively.
  • Spreadsheet Engineering
    • Spreadsheets are an integral part of business today. Most users assume that their spreadsheets are error free, and hence can be used as a reliable tool for effective decision making. However, an article in MarketWatch, which cited a 2008 analysis of multiple studies, states that Eighty-eight percent of spreadsheets contain errors. Despite this evidence, most companies and individuals pay very little attention to the prospect of serious spreadsheet errors, and continue to rely on flawed spreadsheet models. The objective of this class is to provide practical but effective tools to help participants build spreadsheets that are error free, which can be a key to the success of any business. “
  • WordPress.com 101
    • WordPress is a powerful personal publishing platform, and it comes with a great set of features designed to make creating your own blog or website as easy, pleasant and appealing as possible. In this 4-hour, hands-on workshop, you will set up your own free WordPress.com website account and learn how to organize and manage your content. Topics covered include: Register your free WordPress.com account, Dashboard and WordPress settings, adding content: pages and posts, and adding images, documents and video. This workshop is designed to get you started with creating your website and is for beginners. If you already have a WordPress website, you do not need to set up a WordPress.com account. Prerequisite Skills: Students need to have good fundamental computer skills and be able to perform basic tasks. Because using WordPress does not entail software programming, students do not need to have any prior computer programming experience!
  • WordPress.org 201
    • You’ve started your website and added some content, but you want it to do more! This hands-on workshop will provide a brief overview of pages and posts, then move into adding style and functionality to your site with plugins, themes, and custom menus. This workshop is based on the self-hosted version of WordPress, meaning you must have a domain name and web hosting with WordPress installed.
