ARC Tutoring Services

Whether you are taking your first class at Massasoit or your last class at Massasoit this spring, Academic Resource Center (ARC) Tutors are here to help you achieve academic success! The ARC offers virtual and in-person tutoring services and study skill support for many courses across the curriculum, including mathematics, science, accounting, computer science, writing, reading, and language acquisition.

All tutoring is by appointment only. To make tutoring appointments, students may:

Writing Center Requests

In addition to making appointments for remote writing tutoring, students can also email a paper draft or general question to and receive tutor feedback within 24 business hours. In your email, please include your Massasoit student V#,  your Professor and course name, assignment information, what you would like help with, and a copy of your writing in a Microsoft Word or Google Docs format.


Also check out eTutoring, a free, online supplementary resource available for Massasoit students. The program will provide tutoring services for Writing (across the curriculum), Math (Developmental through Pre-Calculus), Accounting, Computer Science and Science. This resource offers tutoring assistance in several modes including live chat, questions and responses via email, and an online writing lab (you submit a draft of a paper and receive work back with a tutor’s response within 24-48 hours). Access eTutoring in the Quick Launch tab in the Massasoit portal and/or via the eTutoring link using your student username and password. Once you log in, you can view a weekly schedule of tutoring by subject.
