Guest / Vendor COVID-19 Vaccination Requirements
All current Massasoit students, employees, visitors, guests, and community members who are visiting any Massasoit location to receive any student service or participate in a scheduled event must by fully vaccinated for COVID-19, as defined by the vaccination requirements, or have a valid accommodation for COVID-19.
Masks are required and must be worn inside all Massasoit buildings for all inside activities/events.
Guests (including children deemed of eligible age by the CDC to be vaccinated against COVID-19) who attend an appointment with a student must bring with them proof of vaccination or have a valid accommodation for COVID-19. A legible digital photo or hard copy of the vaccination card showing the final dose of the COVID-19 vaccine administered no later than 15 days prior to your visit date is accepted. Guests / visitors attending any activity on campus must show COVID-19 vaccination cards upon entering buildings. It is the responsibility of organization hosting the event to staff the check-in process).
All guest / visitor parties seeking on-campus services or attending an event will follow the COVID-19 Vaccine Policy of the Massachusetts Community College System for Employees.
Depending on the track of the virus, at any time, the college may need to roll back in-person operations and take other immediate actions.
You are receiving this notice because you do business with the College and/or provide services that require access to the College’s campuses. During the course of the ongoing pandemic, the College has continually updated policies and procedures to comply with current federal, state, and local public health orders, mandates and/or guidance in order to keep the College community safe. We have appreciated your cooperation and assistance in these efforts.
Be advised, effective January 3, 2022 the College is implementing COVID-19 Vaccine Policy of the Massachusetts Community College System for Employees (“Policy”) which also addresses vendors, consultants and business invitees (“contractors”). For those contractors determined by the College to have a regular presence on campus and/or who routinely interact with students and/or employees, the College will require those contractors to be fully vaccinated in compliance with the Policy. Unless otherwise determined by the College, contractors that are not regularly on campus and/or who do not routinely interact with students and/or employees will not be required to be fully vaccinated in compliance with the Policy, but will be required to comply with health and safety protocols as established by the College.
As a Contractor your compliance with pandemic-related federal, state and local public health orders and CDC guidance as well as all applicable college policies, including the COVID-19 Vaccine Policy of the Massachusetts Community College System for Employees (“Policy”). The Contractor hereby certifies that anyone assigned or dispatched to work onsite at the College as of January 3, 2022 shall comply with the following health and safety protocols as determined by the College in consideration of local or state public health or DCD guidance, mandates and/or guidance at: https://massasoit.edu/covid-19-related-information-2/.
