Massasoit Film Society Presents: Screening of Boy

January 14 from 7:00 pm–8:30 pm

Join the Massasoit Film Society for a screening of Boy on Thursday, January 14 at 7 p.m.

From the singular mind of Oscar-winner Taika Waititi comes this charming coming-of-age tale of a young Maori child who spends his time day-dreaming of becoming rich and reuniting with his estranged father, Alamein. When Alamein (director Waititi) returns with a mad-cap scheme, his son, nicknamed Boy, is forced to contend with the disappointment of reality. Come for the quirky humor, stay for the Thriller-inspired Haka. The film runs 88 minutes.
