Test anxiety got you down? Stress running you ragged?
Join us for a demonstration of techniques and poses (for all levels) that will keep you calm, cool and collected.

The yoga session will be led by Mary Starr Green, a certified Kripalu yoga instructor, who has shared yoga and wellness tools with people of all ages for more than 12 years. No prior yoga experience is required. The 60 minute class will include centering breath work and a sequence of postures to build strength and cultivate concentration and balance. Class ends with brief guided relaxation. Wear comfortable clothing, and if you don’t have a yoga mat, you can use a large towel or practice on a carpet.
