fafsa-dayMassasoit Community College is one of more than 30 host locations statewide
High school seniors, families, and adult students who will be entering college in the 2015-2016 academic year, or are currently enrolled and need assistance, are invited to attend FAFSA Day Massachusetts on Monday, February 23, 2015 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Massasoit Community College’s Brockton Campus in the Student Center Building, Upper Student Lounge.

In order to apply for federal financial aid for higher education – including grants, scholarships, loans, and Federal Work-Study – applicants must complete the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid). Financial aid experts will be available to guide applicants through the application process.

Parents and students EACH are encouraged to bring the following in order to complete their FAFSA:

  • FAFSA PIN (available at to be used to sign electronically
  • Social Security Number
  • Driver’s License
  • Most recent tax returns
  • 2014 W-2 or year-end pay stub
  • 2014 untaxed income records
  • Current bank statement(s)
  • 2014 business and investment records
  • Alien Registration Card (if not a U.S. Citizen)
