Student Access to Devices
For students with demonstrated financial need, the Dean of Students Office has identified a number of laptops available for loan to students for the remainder of the Spring 2020 semester. Students who have need for a device for remote learning should complete the laptop loan request form.

Additional Resources Specific to COVID-19
To report recent international travel and/or potential exposure to COVID-19, use the coronavirus reporting form.

Several internet service providers have agreed to offer assistance to people who may be having difficulty maintaining or affording internet access, including Comcast Xfinity, Charter Communications, AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, and T-Mobile.
ARC tutors and staff are available for student support during remote learning.
Tutors will be available for remote tutoring generally between the hours of 9:00 am through 6:00 pm, Monday through Thursday, Friday from 9:00 am until 1:00 pm, and Saturday from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm. There will some variation of availability by subject.
We have devised a variety of strategies and resources to offer remote tutoring via phone, email, and Zoom:
For Writing Assistance:
Submit a draft of a paper or general question to the Writing Center at firstname.lastname@example.org and receive feedback from a tutor within 24 hours. In your email, include your name, V number, course, professor, description of your assignment, and your draft and/or a brief description of your question or topic for tutoring.
For Math/Science/Accounting/Computer Science Tutoring Assistance:
Contact the ARC by calling 508-588-9100 x1801 or email us at email@example.com. Leave a message with your name, V number, phone number, course, professor, and a brief statement of your question or topic for tutoring. ARC staff will route your tutoring request to an appropriate tutor, and you will receive a follow up message.
This free, online supplementary tutoring resource is available through Monday, May 18, and offers tutoring for math at all levels, writing across all subjects, biology, anatomy and physiology, chemistry, and accounting.
Students may access eTutoring in the Quick Launch tab in the Massasoit portal, or by visiting the eTutoring website. Once logged in you will have access to a weekly schedule of tutoring by subject. Call Marie McDonnell at 508-588-9100 x1082 with eTutoring questions.

As of March 30, 2020, Canton ARC tutors will be available by calling 508-588-9100 x2516 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Canton ARC offers tutoring for all the subjects listed above as well as for Architecture.
