About Our Program
This introductory course provides students with a practical, real-world understanding of how modern building systems operate and interact within commercial and industrial facilities. Students will explore the core infrastructure that supports building operations, including HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, building automation systems (BAS), and life safety systems. The course focuses on how these systems work together to maintain safe, comfortable, and functional environments.
