Free Community College
Attend Massasoit for Free!
Massasoit Community College proudly participates in two statewide initiatives: MassReconnect and MassEducate. These programs offer free community college to eligible Massachusetts residents who have not yet earned a bachelor’s degree.
Whether you are starting fresh or returning to your education, these programs help you move forward without the burden of college costs.
What do the Programs Cover?
MassReconnect and MassEducate remove major cost barriers by covering 100% of tuition and required fees for qualifying students.
MassReconnect students automatically receive an allowance for books, supplies, and other educational expenses.
MassEducate students may also receive an allowance for books and supplies, based on income eligibility.
These are last-dollar programs, meaning the benefits are applied after all other federal and state financial aid has been awarded.
