Massasoit Community College now offers students the option to submit Veteran Services documents online, safely and securely, using the form below. Documents will no longer be accepted via email.

Please submit all member 4 DD214 copies, certificate of eligibility paper work for VA educational benefits and Massachusetts Army National Guard tuition waivers  to this secure upload.

Tips for successful submission

  • Make sure all forms are legible.
  • Do not leave any question blank unless stated.
  • Complete forms in blue or black ink.
  • Make sure your Massasoit student ID is on each submitted page.
  • Documents that require a signature must have a handwritten signature.
  • Please be sure to include both sides of all 2-sided documents.
  • Files must be in .pdf, .doc, .docx, .jpg, .jpeg or .png format, and file names may not exceed 50 characters.
