Transformation through Renovation

Massasoit’s Transformation Through Renovation Project is a $52 million capital project that will bring state-of-the-art classrooms and labs to the College’s Brockton campus. The multi-year project, which began in July 2022, includes the gut-rehab of two instructional buildings to create a new Science building and a new Health Sciences building. The new spaces – designed with input from students, faculty, and staff – will impact thousands of students across nearly all of Massasoit’s academic divisions, and will enhance how the College trains our community’s future professionals.
