Get Help Completing Your FAFSA — for Free!
Massasoit offers free, in-person FAFSA workshops to help students and families complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Completing the FAFSA is required to receive most types of financial aid, including Massachusetts Free Community College programs.
Priority Deadlines
- Spring 2026: November 15, 2025
- Fall 2026: May 1, 2026
Missed the deadline? You can still submit your FAFSA after the priority date—many students still qualify for aid.
What We Help With
- Completing your FAFSA step by step
- Creating or recovering your FSA ID
- Answering questions about dependency and financial information
- Making FAFSA corrections

Every Tuesday and Thursday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm
Student Central, Brockton Campus
Canton Campus
First Wednesday of every month from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm
Student Enrollment Center, Canton Campus
What to Bring
- Your FSA ID (username and password, if available)
- Your Social Security number (and your parent(s), if dependent)
- Tax and financial information (yours and your parent(s), if applicable)
- A list of colleges you plan to apply to or attend
