SUCCESS Scholars Program

About the Program

The SUCCESS Scholars Program is a student support program open to all degree - or certificate-seeking students who have not yet earned an associate degree or higher. The goal of this innovative program is to improve the retention, transfer, and graduation rates of students through holistic, wraparound student support services.

The mission of Massasoit’s SUCCESS Scholars Program is to identify, engage, and coach Massasoit scholars through a holistic advising approach that offers students additional support to achieve their goals. We serve as advocates and partners with our students to create a successful collegiate experience.

The vision of the SUCCESS Scholars program is to be a leader at Massasoit by increasing retention, graduation, and completion rates of (our) students seeking support. We strive to enhance students’ academic, personal, and professional aspirations through best advising practices and continued development of programming and support.

Program Services

 

The Massasoit SUCCESS Scholars program helps students do well and move through their academic program while managing the costs and demands of a college education. Program activities will include opportunities for students to develop their academic and leadership skills, financial wellness, career interests, and more.
