With windows installed, fascia sealed, and gas and water lines placed throughout the building, work crews installed HVAC and other systems while framing out the interior of the building. For the first time, you can now see the building begin to take form. You can see the outlines of hallways, offices, labs, bathrooms.
Among the now visible improvements are enhanced and updated control systems for utilities, new insulation along the exterior of the building, and solar tubes providing light to interior rooms.
There are many pipes serving each bathroom as they move hot and cold water in, and dirty water out.
Spray foam insulation was applied along the exterior walls of the building, providing a new level of energy efficiency.
This is hallway provides access to new offices and space for faculty and staff.
Work is ongoing to frame the interior of the building, giving shape to classrooms, labs, and other spaces before drywall is installed.
