The term “Emergent Technologies” refers to areas of study where continuous advances and fast paced changes in today’s trades requires a constant retooling of skills and education of the workforce. The courses within the Emergent Technologies Division at Massasoit are constantly evolving to ensure students are well-trained and prepared for these ongoing developments and advances.

The programs in this division are designed for all individuals regardless of background. Graduates of our student-centered programs are accomplished in technical expertise, business practices, industrial management, communication, and leadership skills. Massasoit’s laboratory facilities guarantee that applied, experiential learning is exceptional.

Emergent Technologies faculty regularly partner with business leaders and higher education institutions across the region to build internships and work-based learning experiences, opportunities for program expansions, and to seek funding for programming and structural improvements.
