How to Register
Welcome to the Massasoit Community College How to Register page. This page will provide you with all the necessary information and resources to successfully register for your courses. Whether you’re a new student or returning for another semester, our clear and concise instructions will help you navigate the registration process with ease.
Active students (students who have attended within the past three semesters) can register through their MyMassasoit accounts.

You are a Guest Student (also known as a non-matriculated or non-degree student) if you fall into one or more of the following categories:
- You want to take course(s) to transfer back to your institution.
- You want to take course(s) in order to fulfill prerequisites for another college or university’s undergraduate or graduate program
Guest students registering for the first time and returning Guest students who have not taken a course in three consecutive terms and no longer have access to their MyMassasoit accounts will need to complete the Credit Registration Form.
Please note Online Credit Registration for Guest Students for Full Term Summer courses and Summer I 2025 courses is closed. Online Credit Registration for Summer II 2025 and Fall 2025 is open.
Returning Guest students (that have attended within the past three semesters) can register through their MyMassasoit accounts. If you have forgotten your login information, help can be found here: How to reset you Massasoit Password.
Please review the course description for each course you want to registrar for. If you are enrolling in a course that has a pre/co requisite, you must provide documentation that you have successfully completed or are currently enrolled in the pre-requisite course before we can process your registration.
Approved documentation is an official or unofficial college/high school transcript or grade report from your home institution. The home institution must be included in your documentation document. We will not accept screenshots or any documentation that does not include the institution’s information. Please make sure to upload your documentation with your Credit registration form.
Once your registration has been successfully processed, you will receive a series of emails with your MyMassasoit username, login instructions, and schedule/invoice to the personal email address provided on the registration form. Please remember to check your junk/spam folders if you do not receive these emails.

New and returning students can register for non-credit courses via the Non-Credit Course Registration Form.
Check out our new course search! Massasoit offers courses in a variety of convenient formats to fit your schedule. These include on-campus, online, and hybrid course offerings, as well as fall, spring, summer, winter, and accelerated terms and semesters!
Prerequisites
Students must provide proof of prerequisite completion when registering. This can be either an official or unofficial transcript from a previous school. This document must include student name, school name, name of course, and grade received.
Testing
An assessment test may be required before registering for some courses.

Payment
Payment can be made in the form of cash, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover), or check or money order (made payable to Massasoit Community College). Active students can pay online and create payment plans through their MyMassasoit accounts by check and credit card.
