The Brockton Symphony Orchestra is proud to present an afternoon of Chamber Music, free to the public. Join us for a relaxing “musical vacation” and hear delightful selections for small ensembles. The program includes string duos and trios, a flute quartet, and woodwind quintet with piano. Learn about the double reed instruments: the oboe, English horn, and bassoon. Listen to the interplay between the players as they share musical conversations; each instrument providing a unique color and sound, creating a kaleidoscope of constantly changing colors and textures. Bring your friends to this unique free to the public afternoon event!

About the Brockton Symphony
For nearly 100 years, the Brockton Symphony Orchestra has provided live, professional-level symphonic concerts to the greater Brockton community; taught and inspired children about music; and encouraged participation of local musicians and students. Brockton Symphony actively strives to enhance music education byperforming with choruses and orchestras from local schools, and the annual Youth Competition encourages and rewards gifted young instrumentalists. Brockton Symphony Orchestra consists of accomplished volunteer musicians playing alongside local professional musicians, filing out the ranks as needed. About Massasoit Community College
Founded in 1966, Massasoit Community College offers students from southeastern Massachusetts and beyond access to more than 60 associate degree and certificate programs across arts, sciences, applied sciences, healthcare, and technology at locations in Brockton, Canton, Middleborough, and online. More than 800 students graduate with a degree or certificate each year from Massasoit, and over 9,000 students are enrolled annually, including in non-credit community education or workforce development courses.
