Massasoit AI Conference
May 20 from 9:00 am–3:00 pm
You’re Invited: Massasoit’s Second Annual Artificial Intelligence Conference
AI and Academics: Redefining the Endgame
In videogames, there are cheat codes, numbers or passwords that help a player level up. In academics, artificial intelligence can be one of those codes, helping students write their essays and solve math problems. But why use a hack when you are choosing to play the game?
Why do students use AI? How is it changing the way students and educators think and what we think about? How does it affect or upend instructional hierarchy? How can we design curriculum that encourages critical thinking, a tolerance for confusion, an appreciation of process and the distinctions of the human experience?
Please join us for AI & Academics: Redefining the Endgame on Tuesday, May 20, 2025 from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. The conference is free and includes lunch.
We welcome your proposals for 50-minute sessions until May 2.
