Massasoit Community College To Host Open Houses in April
April 1 event in Brockton and April 29 event in Canton to welcome community to campus
BROCKTON, Mass (March 24, 2023) – Massasoit Community College will welcome the community to its campuses in Brockton and Canton for Open Houses that will highlight the College’s admissions process, financial aid opportunities, academic programs, student engagement, and more. The Brockton Open House will be held on Saturday, April 1 and the Canton Open House will be held on Saturday, April 29. These are the first in-person Open Houses since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Staff and faculty at the Open Houses will welcome prospective students and their families to campus between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. At the events, students can visit tables and speak with Massasoit employees to learn how to apply for admission, and learn about financial aid and a wide range of student supports and programs, including athletics and student engagement opportunities. Guests will also be able to take campus tours and join presentations about the College’s more than 60 programs of study.
“Massasoit’s faculty, staff, and students are excited to host in-person Open Houses in Brockton and Canton and to welcome members of our community to campus for the first time since 2019,” said Ray DiPasquale, President of Massasoit Community College. “It’s our hope that visitors to Open House will have a better understanding of what Massasoit offers to the community and how starting your education journey at Massasoit is an easy, convenient, and affordable option.”
