Massasoit Welcomes Vanessa McNeal in Recognition of Sexual Assault Awareness Month

Filmmaker and sexual assault survivor Vanessa McNeal presented

“Lemons to Lemonade: How do you turn your most difficult moments into

experiences that you are most grateful for?” McNeal is the producer of The Voiceless, a documentary about male victims of sexual assault.

“The purpose of life is to find our gift,” said McNeal, addressing students, faculty, and staff. “The meaning of life is to give that gift to others.”
