Fall 2022 Accelerated Session

Massasoit requires that all students taking a course with an on campus, in-person component and those who wish to access our campuses must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Learn more about this requirement.

Move through Massasoit’s 10-week accelerated session starting October 12, 2022. With many courses to choose from, this condensed session serves as an entry point for you to take courses that get you through the semester on track and on time.

The Accelerated Session runs in the fall and spring semesters. Courses are held in multiple formats both on campus and remotely. View our course format definitions.

Is financial aid available?
Financial aid is available for those who qualify. Complete the free Application for Federal Student Aid at studentaid.gov, Massasoit Community College code 002177. Visit massasoit.edu/enrollment.

How will courses be delivered?
Courses will be delivered online, through video conferencing, and through hybrid combinations, some of which may require on-campus components. To learn more about course formats, watch this videoor check out our course definitions.

How does online learning work?
Although online courses do not require a specific meeting time, each online course requires a time commitment of at least 18 hours per week for study and completion of assignments. Learn more about how online learning works.

Fall 2022 Deadline/Refund Schedule Accelerated Session (10-weeks)

  • October 15 – Last day to add a course or drop without a record; online registration available; 100% refund.
  • October 19 – Last day for 50% refund; grade of W on record; no refund after this date.
  • December 9 – Last day to withdraw from Fall 2022 courses, grade of W on record; no refund
