Robert Mulloy earned a B.S. from UMass, an M.Ed. from Cambridge College and a Certificate in Building Inspection from Northeastern University. Bob has been a MA licensed Home Inspector for 34 years. He has taught continuing education Home Inspection courses for several MA colleges and schools for over a decade, and has been a Home Inspection Trainee program instructor for 14 years. Bob holds many awards from the New England Chapter of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI), where he has been the Chairman of the Education Committee for 15 years.
