Darlene Woo Silva holds a B.S. in Human Resource Management from Bridgewater State University, and is a graduate of the New England School for Financial Studies and has earned her HRCI Senior Professional Human Resource and SHRM-Senior Certified Professional Certifications. She is the Senior Vice President of Human Resources SCU Credit Union. With over 20 years of experience, she brings a thorough understanding of all aspects of Human Resource Management.
