Building Personal Resilience – Thriving Not Just Surviving
This Personal Resilience course uses core material from the Forward-Facing® approach. This will provide participants the opportunity to transform the way
you relate to the world and yourself as you learn how our bodies experience stress, encode traumatic memories, and can experience healing in everyday
life. Set your intention for your life and learn how to stick to it instead of being distracted by anxiety and fear left over from the past. Take back control of
your responses to the world around you instead of living in constant reaction. Ultimately, you’ll regain the ability to choose your life and the way you live it.
