Students who wish to be considered for financial aid for the 2025–2026 academic year must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) every academic year.

Students who are not eligible to file a FAFSA due to their immigration status and who meet the criteria of a high school completer under the Massachusetts Tuition Equity Law may instead complete the Massachusetts Application for State Financial Aid (MASFA) to apply for state financial aid.

Completion of either the FAFSA or MASFA is required for students seeking free community college through MassReconnect or MassEducate.

To receive full consideration for all available programs, students are encouraged to submit their application by the priority deadline of May 1. Students beginning in the spring semester should apply by November 15.
