The 50th Anniversary of Hip Hop Symposium

SAVE-THE-DATE: The 50th Anniversary of Hip Hop Symposium, Saturday, April 27, 10:00 am – 5:00 pm – Brockton Campus.
The symposium will provide entertainment, workshops and panel discussions centered around the trajectory of hip-hop and its culture from birth to present day. Presenters will include faculty from the Black Studies program at Massasoit Community College and faculty from local educational institutions that teach courses related to the social influence and artistry of hip-hop. Pioneers of the hip-hop culture in MA will also lend their voices to the discussions. Please view the Hip-Hop flyerfor additional information.
