The Student Right-to-Know and Campus Security Act (PL. 101-542) regulations implemented under the Higher Education Amendments of 1998 (HEA98) mandates that all institutions participating in Title IV or HEA (Higher Education Act) programs disclose certain institutional information to its currently enrolled and prospective students. The intent of this Notice is to inform you where you may go to obtain copies of each of the institutional disclosures for Massasoit Community College.

Financial Assistance Information
A description of student aid programs, application procedures, eligibility criteria, and rights and responsibilities of students receiving financial aid can be obtained in the online Massasoit Community College Catalog, the Massasoit Financial Aid Information Guide, the Massasoit Financial Aid Information Brochure and the Financial Aid Award Guide, which are located in the College’s Financial Aid Offices (Brockton, Administration Building, A132 and Canton 115).

Institutional Programs and Policies
Information on cost, academic programs, accreditation, special services, campus contacts, as well as a description of the institution’s refund policies, return of funds to Title IV, and the institution’s procedures for officially withdrawing can be obtained in the online Massasoit Community College Catalog.

Institutional and Student Athletic Graduation Rates
Program completion and transfer information on new, first-time, full-time degree students after three years of attending Massasoit Community College can be obtained from the Admissions Offices (Brockton, Administration Building, A106 and Canton 120), Registrar’s Offices (Brockton, Administration Building, A240 and Canton 107L), Financial Aid Offices (Brockton, Administration Building, A132 and Canton 115), and Business Offices (Brockton, Administration Building, A203, Canton 105). Similar information on athletes can be obtained from the College’s Athletics Office (Brockton, Field House, FH209).

Athletic Program Participation Rates and Financial Data
Disclosure information on athletic programs and their financial data required by the Equity in Athletics Disclosure Act (EADA) can be obtained from the College’s Athletics Office (Brockton, Field House, FH209).
