Planning for Massasoit’s Future

 Massasoit Community College’s 2024-2029 Strategic Plan presents a series of goals, expectations, and outcomes that will help the College be known as a regional leader that works together to provide a collaborative, respectful, student-centered community, with racially equitable opportunities and pathways to enhance individual and regional economic and social mobility.

The College’s plan was developed over the course of the 2023-2024 academic year with insights gathered from students, faculty, staff, and community partners.  Upon its approval by the Board of Higher Education in the summer of 2024, the College began implementing the plan, including action items in the areas of academic affairs, enrollment, and marketing.
