Academic Symposium

On behalf of the Success programs at each of the 15 community colleges, we would like to invite you to the first Academic Symposium for Success staff and directors! Massasoit Community College, Canton Campus, will be hosting this symposium on Tuesday, June 4, 2024, from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. This event is free, there is no registration fee!
The symposium theme is “Pathways to Progress: Navigating In, Up and Out for Student Success”. Sessions will cover topics such as programming for persistence, student-centered success frameworks, challenges navigating institutional -isms, microaggressions and advisor wellness!
Breakfast and lunch will be provided. Take this day to learn, to network with other Success staff from around the state and to enjoy yourself away from the typical day in the office. As advisors and student support service providers, we are always taking care of others, let’s make sure to take care of ourselves!
