The Massasoit Foundation manages numerous scholarship funds to benefit the students by helping to keep a Massasoit education affordable. Despite the College’s low tuition, the total cost of attendance can be an impediment to many potential students pursing their college studies. Scholarships help students bridge that gap.

Scholarships are offered in a number of disciplines and many, though not all, provide need-based financial aid. Some scholarships, such as the Commonwealth Honors Scholarships, are merit-based and do not require that a student have a demonstrated need for financial assistance. The variety of scholarship offerings allows donors to support those areas that are most meaningful to them personally. Donors are also encouraged to support the General Scholarship Fund, allowing the Foundation to direct additional support to areas where there may be acute financial aid needs in any given year.
