Massasoit Community College has partnered with South Shore Vocational Technical High School and Brockton High School to offer IT/Networking courses to early college students. This partnership will allow students studying Information Technology and Networking to begin their college studies during high school.

Students in the Networking Pathway can earn up to 16 college credits, and they will also be eligible for the CompTIA A+ Certification and the national Cisco CCNA exam as they progress. Those industry credentials will allow students to enter high-demand occupations while seamlessly continuing their education at Massasoit with a significant head start towards an associate degree.

IT and Networking courses are available in Spring 2021 (beginning in January).

Classes include:

  • IT Essentials
  • Introduction to Networks
  • Switching, Routing, and Wireless Essentials

*Students who have taken the introductory courses can apply them toward their certification and enroll in these advanced courses.
