Massasoit's Paramedic Certificate earned accreditation by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP) upon the recommendation of the Committee on Accreditation of Educational Programs for the Emergency Medical Services Professions (CoAEMSP) in May of 2017.

The paramedic is a health care professional that cares for those injured or suddenly taken ill in the pre-hospital setting. The paramedic program is a seventeen month program that includes classroom, in hospital clinical rotations and field internships. It prepares the student to practice in the field and to be eligible for the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technician’s (EMT) Paramedic certification exam.

The potential candidate must complete the Paramedic Program application and the Massasoit Community College Application.
